The interior of this landmarked building was completely gutted (all the original wood work and the 3 story staircase was salvaged) and 2,200 sf was added to the rear of the house and the fourth floor bringing the house to a 7,800 sf residence with a 1st floor exterior patio and a 4th floor garden terrace with lake views. The master suite on the entire 3rd floor has heavy timber trusses in the master bedroom and a 2 story master bath/closet. The project was featured in Traditional Home Magazine in 2016
