full floor 4,200 sf residence at park tower with 10'-6" ceilings and views of every part of chicago. when the owner purchased the raw concrete space, he stated, "I want it just like this". The floors are 5x7 slabs of italian limestone that were gound in place. master bathroom features a shower that faces west and carved stone floating sinks. the project was complete in collaboration with lucien lagrange and linda beddell, interior designer.
